On 19 and 20/12/2023, we hosted Prof. Edna Yamasaki – Erasmus Program. Prof. Edna Yamasaki, MD, MSc, PhD, is a professor in the Departments of Life and Health Sciences, School of Life and Health Sciences, and Director of the Environmental Health Research Center at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus. She is Vice President of the Cypriot Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism and Editor-in-Chief of PANR and Journal for Physical Activity, Nutrition and Rehabilitation. She previously held the position of Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, chairing the Internal QA Committee and the Erasmus Office at the University of Nicosia, and was a member of the Parallel Parliament of the Republic of Cyprus in the Environment, Ecology-Sustainability and Health Committee. Activities were held in the Ruy Marques Room – 109/Block 2, at UDT/LEMA (mini-courses and lectures), in a hybrid format.
