Work Mission of the Coordinator of the Project at Greece and at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus

From 15/Jun/19 to 29/Jun/19, the CAPES/PrInt/UERJ Project Coordinator carried out a work mission in Cyprus and Greece, participating in different scientific activities in the European Community, such as:

  • Technical meetings and lecture entitled “Inverse Problems in Radiative Transfer and Anomalous Diffusion with Computational Intelligence and Bayesian Inference”, at the University of Nicosia/Cyprus, to strengthen the Technical Cooperation partnership established between IPRJ/UERJ and the University of Nicosia with the signature by the Rector of UERJ on 20/Aug/18;
  • Participation in the 2nd International Conference ADAPT to CLIMATE in Crete/Greece to present the work entitled “Environmental Hydrodynamic Modeling Applied to Extreme Events in Caribbean and Mediterranean Countries”;
  • Participation in the 15th International Conference on Diffusion in Solids and Liquids, held in Athens/Greece, giving the invited lecture: “Direct and Inverse Problems for an Anomalous Diffusion Model”; and
  • Conducting technical visits.
